Sales Lead – Intermediary Distribution (Insurance)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Lead to develop and manage relationships with insurance brokers and intermediary partners across the North of England. You will work both from home and in the field, supporting partners to introduce our InsurTech solutions to their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new insurance brokers and intermediary partners.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within your territory.
• Support new partners through onboarding, training and implementation.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sustainable growth.
• Deliver product training and ongoing support to enable partners to recommend solutions confidently.
• Attend joint client meetings and presentations as required.
• Provide outstanding service to nurture long‑term partnerships.
• Stay up‑to‑date with insurance and employee benefits market developments and share insights with the business.

Required profile

• Motivated and commercially minded sales professional.
• Experience in business development and relationship management within insurance or related sectors.
• Comfortable with longer sales cycles and able to maintain regular contact with prospects.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region and occasional overnight stays.
