Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Full‑time (London Bridge)

About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a busy, independent agency in the London Bridge area. The role suits a target‑driven professional with a strong property track record who wants performance‑based rewards and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants, match them to suitable properties and conduct viewings.
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, canvassing and relationship building with landlords, vendors and local contacts.
• Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, guiding deals to successful close.
• Manage sales/lettings progression, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other third parties.
• Provide accurate valuations, market appraisals and support where required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records on the CRM system and keep listings current across all property portals.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
• Work towards individual and branch targets, contributing to overall office performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency (sales, lettings or both) is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Confident, professional manner with strong customer‑service instincts.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
