Sales Lister – High Earning Potential in Canary Wharf

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Lister to join a leading estate agency in the heart of Canary Wharf. You will convert valuations into listings, build a personal market presence and work with high‑value residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses.
• Prospect, canvass and generate new business through referrals.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales where required.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Meet and exceed individual and branch KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Lister, Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Commercially driven and target‑oriented.
• Professional appearance, well‑organised and highly motivated.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
