Sales Manager – Estate Agency (Bracknell)

About the role

This position is for a Sales Manager within an independent estate agency based in Bracknell. You will lead the sales team, drive listings and revenue, and ensure a high‑quality client experience across residential transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead from the front, managing and inspiring the sales team.
• Assist team members in achieving personal and collective targets.
• Conduct property valuations and win new business.
• Meet sales targets and drive overall business profitability.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.

Required profile

• Estate agency experience at Lister level or above.
• UK resident, ideally within a 30‑minute commute to Bracknell.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Proven track record in residential sales.
• Well‑presented with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the estate agency industry.
• Experience at Lister level or higher.
• Leadership and team‑motivation capabilities.
• Track record of listing and winning business.
• Residential sales expertise.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Good telephone manner and presentation skills.

What we offer

• Basic salary £30,000 with OTE up to £80,000.
• £6,000 car allowance.
• Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑6:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, one in four Saturdays 8:45 am‑5:00 pm.
