About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sales staff to maximise direct selling time.
• Handle all sales enquiries efficiently and ensure a customer‑centric approach.
• Lead, develop and motivate sales executives, promoting a structured sales process.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining high service standards.
• Provide training and guidance on prospecting, follow‑up and closing deals.
• Implement administrative procedures and maintain accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leader with strong financial awareness.
• Proven ability to negotiate at all levels and inspire a sales team.
• Motor industry experience preferred.
