Sales Manager – Inside Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our inside B2B sales team. Based in Cardiff, you will coach, develop and drive performance for a group of 14 sales professionals, helping the business achieve its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the inside sales team.
• Coach and develop team members to improve skills and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales targets with company objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to existing clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑performing B2B inside sales teams.
• Strong results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambitious and eager to progress to senior leadership roles.
