Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency

About the role

We are a high‑performing estate agency in Battersea looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our busy team. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, and help close property transactions in a fast‑paced market.

Key responsibilities

• Register clients and match them with suitable properties.
• Book and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales terms.
• Progress sales through to completion and handle post‑sale administration.
• Generate new business and win property instructions.
• Maintain accurate client and property details in the CRM system.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an estate agency or property sales is preferred.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Personable, driven and able to build lasting client relationships.

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000‑£30,000 plus commission (OTE £45,000‑£60,000+).
• Full‑time role, Monday‑Friday with Saturdays (day in lieu).
