Sales Negotiator – Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established estate agency in Rochdale. You will work within a supportive team, delivering outstanding customer service while progressing property sales from viewings to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Manage sales progression from agreed offer through to completion.
• Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients.
• Assist with property valuations and listings when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year estate agency sales experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team.
• Organised, proactive and target‑driven.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £25,000‑£30,000 (depending on experience).
• On‑Target Earnings of up to £35,000.
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
