Sales Negotiator / Senior Negotiator – Cheltenham

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, customer‑focused Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Cheltenham. You will manage the full sales cycle, from first enquiry to completion, while delivering a high standard of service to buyers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Register clients and assess their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Progress sales through to completion, maintaining regular communication with all parties.
• Generate property valuations and identify new business opportunities.
• Build long‑term client relationships and exceed sales targets.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator in a residential estate agency.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for property.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/required).

• Basic salary of £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
