Sales Progressor – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a forward‑thinking residential estate agency in Fleet. You will own the sales pipeline, ensuring each transaction moves smoothly from offer to completion while delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales through to completion, managing timelines and milestones.
• Liaise with clients, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other agents.
• Keep all parties informed of progress and any changes to timescales.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout each transaction, providing a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential sales progression (essential).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the residential sales process.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and professionals.
• Confident working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable, thorough and detail‑oriented.
