Sales Support Executive – Premium Homewares

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, design‑led homewares brand as a Sales Support Executive. You will work within a small, entrepreneurial sales support team, handling international distributor accounts and UK trade customers while contributing to the company’s continued expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full order management process for international distributors and UK trade accounts.
• Support corporate and gifting order fulfilment during peak seasonal periods.
• Input orders, manage fulfilment, and handle invoicing using the company’s ERP system.
• Liaise with trade customers on pricing, case pack sizes, account set‑up, and delivery queries.
• Provide images, samples, online content and product information to customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date distributor and pricing data across internal systems.
• Cover occasional customer service for other trade sales channels.
• Participate in sales projects such as prospecting, research, audits and promotional mailings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience processing B2B sales orders, preferably for international customers.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a genuine interest in processes and systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system for trade order management.
• Advanced MS Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
