Salesforce Consultant – Remote (6 months)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join a 6‑month contract, working fully remotely. The role supports a client launching a new product line, requiring scalable service processes, custom solutions and optimized customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for new digital product launches.
• Configure scalable Sales Cloud processes to handle high‑volume customer journeys and workflows.
• Build secure integrations between Salesforce and a range of core systems.
• Ensure all solution designs adhere to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant on medium‑to‑large implementations.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Understanding of IR35 considerations, with the role classified as outside IR35.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
