Salesforce FSL Business Analyst (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our client in London. The role is permanent and hybrid, requiring two days a week on‑site. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops and capture detailed business processes.
• Produce functional design documents and user stories for agile development teams.
• Configure and optimise Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Provide clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 9‑14 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within Salesforce implementations.
• Proven track record delivering complex software projects in an agile environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Problem‑solving ability to analyse business needs and design effective solutions.
