SAP Finance Manager – Hybrid – London

About the role

Our client, a leading global asset manager, is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Manager to join their London finance team. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Group Reporting and Concur, while providing controllership support and acting as the go‑to expert for finance users.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise SAP S/4HANA Cloud, FI/CO, Group Reporting, Analytics Cloud and Concur to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement and maintain SAP solutions.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve SAP tickets, escalating complex issues to external consultants when required.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare and present financial insights to senior management and support front‑office efficiency initiatives.
• Provide controllership support and assist users in adopting SAP best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, especially FI/CO, Group Reporting, Analytics Cloud and Concur.
• Experience managing quarterly SAP upgrades or refreshes in a public‑cloud environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP configurations.
