Saturday Assistant – Property Viewings

About the role
If showing prospective customers properties with confidence and enthusiasm excites you, and you have availability at weekends, we would be pleased to hear from you. Local area knowledge is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Register new applicants and promote new properties.
- Qualify applicants prior to viewings.
- Book and carry out property viewings.
- Report any need for repairs at properties.
- Provide feedback to managers on applicants’ needs and keep systems up to date.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
