Saturday Sales Consultant

About the role

Join Peter Ball & Co, a specialist residential lettings, sales and property management firm, as a Saturday Sales Consultant. You will work Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, ensuring properties are secure, qualifying applicants and promoting services to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Secure properties after viewings and return keys promptly.
• Report repair or security issues.
• Qualify applicants financially before arranging viewings.
• Promote properties and services to achieve sales targets.
• Provide feedback to managers and update internal systems.

Required profile

• Positive customer‑service attitude.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
