Savings Pricing Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Savings Pricing Manager to drive and continuously improve the performance of Monzo’s savings products. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, modelling, and product growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, track health of live savings products against commercial targets and diagnose drivers behind deposit movements.
• Analyse pricing elasticity, acquisition and retention data to model trade‑offs and optimise growth versus profitability.
• Contribute to savings strategy by sizing and modelling commercial impact of strategic initiatives and collaborating with Finance during planning cycles.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance and Product squads to provide analytical clarity on pricing decisions and balance‑sheet impacts.
• Build, maintain and improve core pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
• Maintain a view of the UK macroeconomic landscape, Bank of England rate changes and competitor movements to recommend agile pricing shifts.

Required profile

• Experience in pricing, portfolio management or commercial product management within UK retail banking, fintech or fast‑paced consumer finance.
• Highly analytical, comfortable using data to understand customer behaviour and drive commercial decisions.
• Ability to work in complex, ambiguous spaces and translate financial data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Thrives in a product‑led, digital‑first environment where speed is essential.
