About the role

Join Lush’s Arndale store for the festive season as a Seasonal Sales Assistant. You’ll be the friendly face of the shop, delivering a fun and engaging experience for customers while promoting the brand’s ethical values.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and perform product demonstrations.
• Distribute tailored samples and manage shop‑floor services.
• Maintain stock levels, ensure visual merchandising is on‑trend, and adapt displays for seasonal promotions.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and organising in‑store events.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused with a genuine interest in ethical cosmetics.
• Flexible to work 8‑16 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
