About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic secondary supply teachers to cover a range of subjects across schools in Redhill. The role offers flexible, day‑by‑day assignments with no planning or marking responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons in any secondary subject as required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit the needs of each school and class.
- Provide accurate attendance and assessment records for each placement.
Required profile
- Proven experience teaching in secondary schools.
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one secondary discipline.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Professional, reliable and proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Classroom management.
- Lesson delivery.
- Effective communication with students and staff.
