About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools in Hailsham and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible daily assignments, with a minimum of two days per week and the possibility to work up to five days.
Key responsibilities
- Attend early‑morning briefings (typically at 7 am) to receive daily placement details.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the national curriculum standards.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide timely feedback on pupil progress and record assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings and other school activities as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings and timetables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
