About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Secondary Teachers to join schools in Dover and the surrounding Kent area. The role can be supply, long‑term cover or a permanent placement, offering flexibility for both experienced teachers and early‑career teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality lessons for KS3 and KS4 across a range of subjects.
- Plan and prepare engaging curriculum materials aligned with national standards.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Cover short‑term absences or provide ongoing supply teaching as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work across different school settings in Dover and surrounding Kent.
