Secondary Teacher – Dover (Full‑time/Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Secondary Teachers to join schools in Dover and the surrounding Kent area. The role can be supply, long‑term cover or a permanent placement, offering flexibility for both experienced teachers and early‑career teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lessons for KS3 and KS4 across a range of subjects.
• Plan and prepare engaging curriculum materials aligned with national standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Cover short‑term absences or provide ongoing supply teaching as required.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
• Experience teaching in secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work across different school settings in Dover and surrounding Kent.
