About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic secondary teachers to join schools across Folkestone and East Kent. Whether you prefer short‑term supply work or a long‑term permanent position, you will deliver engaging lessons and support pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons for Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different school environments.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching experience.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Passion for education and pupil development.
