About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons in your specialist subject.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment.
• Monitor and support student progress and attainment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Secondary Teacher status (QTS, QTLS or equivalent).
• Early‑career teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to student success.

Required skills

• Subject‑specific expertise (e.g., Mathematics, English, Science or any secondary discipline).
• Lesson planning and assessment.
• Differentiation and inclusive teaching techniques.
• Classroom management.
