About the role

Winstree Financial Services is seeking motivated individuals to join as self‑employed mortgage brokers working remotely on a commission‑only basis. You will engage with pre‑booked, qualified leads and guide clients through mortgage and protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle pre‑booked, qualified appointments generated by the company.
• Provide expert advice on residential, buy‑to‑let, remortgage and protection products.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to completion.
• Recommend suitable solutions and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with a confident, professional manner.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage own time and pipeline.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Full CeMAP certification and sales experience preferred, but not essential.
