About the role
The UK Merchant Acquisition and Incubation (MAI) team drives the onboarding and early growth of TikTok Shop sellers. As a Seller Activation & Growth Manager you will own the journey from onboarding to the first meaningful GMV milestone, ensuring sellers are ready to scale.
Key responsibilities
- Own high‑potential sellers from onboarding through early activation (≈£4.5K GMV) and act as primary contact during incubation.
- Support sellers on operational readiness, policy compliance, and execution fundamentals.
- Design and run scalable incubation initiatives such as webinars, educational content, and mass‑activation programs.
- Segment early‑stage sellers, apply targeted treatments, and track activation metrics.
- Collaborate with Account Strategists, BPOs, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Translate early‑stage insights into repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and program improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic operations, preferably in e‑commerce or high‑growth tech.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills to turn data into actionable narratives.
- Preferred: over 2 years of combined project management and BD/sales/account management experience.
