About the role
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in Plymouth. The role involves providing assistance both in and out of the classroom, helping students thrive academically and personally.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN in classroom and other settings.
- Build trusting relationships and promote positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning strategies.
Required profile
- Experience supporting children with SEN (preferred, not essential).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable, not essential).
- Caring, resilient and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
