SEND Teacher – Flexible Opportunities Across Primary SEND Schools

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic SEND Teachers to start in September and support primary schools across South Croydon and the wider South East region. The role offers a variety of placements, from daily supply to long‑term and permanent posts, allowing you to choose the pattern that best fits your schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, inclusive lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Adapt teaching materials and strategies for autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, moderate/severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and external specialists to create supportive learning environments.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupils’ individual education plans.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with SEND pupils in school or specialist settings.
- Passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
