Senior Analyst – Board Servicing

About the role

Join Northern Trust as a Senior Analyst in Board Servicing, supporting a large private equity fund and fiduciary company with high‑quality corporate secretarial and statutory services. You will work closely with internal teams, external directors, regulators and advisers to ensure smooth governance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional technical company secretarial and statutory guidance to a private equity client.
• Arrange execution of entity documentation such as board and shareholder resolutions and share transfers.
• Liaise with external directors, chairpersons, internal relationship managers and client service delivery managers.
• Coordinate with regulators, registries, government bodies and advisers, including lawyers and auditors.
• Support annual statutory projects, including validations, AGMs and GDPR compliance.
• Prepare agendas, board packs, obtain directors’ availability, attend meetings, draft minutes and resolutions, and monitor listing obligations for listed clients.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a CGI Level 4 Certificate in International Finance & Administration (or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and MS Teams.
• Experience using PDF tools and other office software.
• Understanding of the end‑to‑end board meeting process.
