Senior Associate

About the role

Deheza is seeking a Senior Associate to join its London office. You will work on high‑impact strategic advisory projects for senior executives, investors and companies across the Americas and Europe, focusing on M&A, strategy development and value creation plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end‑to‑end, from scoping and work‑plan creation through execution and final delivery.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, coordinating priorities, timelines, team responsibilities and quality across concurrent projects.
• Produce clear, commercially relevant analysis, reports and presentations for senior clients.
• Support business development by contributing to origination, market insight and client engagement.
• Maintain visibility on pipeline, client priorities and commercial opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Strengthen delivery governance by adding structure, oversight and consistency to project planning and execution.
• Guide and develop junior team members in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in management consultancy, investment banking, strategic advisory or a similarly high‑performing environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from scoping through execution and delivery.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills with a focus on structure, pace and accountability.
• Strong commercial judgement and business‑development capability.
• Established professional network and relationship‑building skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
