Senior Associate – Marketing Experience (EMEA)

About the role

Join the regional Marketing Experience team in London and help shape how marketing is delivered across the EMEA region. You will sit at the intersection of operations, product and technology, ensuring that marketing platforms and processes run reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily operational performance of marketing platforms, meeting service and quality standards.
• Lead, coach and develop team leads and front‑line staff, handling performance management and workforce planning.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using structured methods such as root‑cause analysis.
• Establish and maintain operational controls, including procedures, testing, monitoring and issue remediation.
• Manage operational risk, resilience, incident response and business continuity readiness.
• Serve as the regional single point of contact for platform performance, handling issue intake and end‑to‑end escalations.
• Partner with global product owners and technology teams to adapt and scale event, email and AI‑enabled marketing platforms for regional needs.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of regional initiatives from idea through delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational performance management for marketing technology platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching teams and managing performance.
• Ability to analyse complex problems, develop structured solutions and implement measurable improvements.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working with product, technology and external suppliers.
• Experience managing operational risk, incident response and business continuity.
