Senior Brand Manager - Frylight & Oils

About the role

Saputo, a top 10 global dairy processor, is looking for a passionate, commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of its Frylight brand and Private Label Oils portfolio. Frylight is the UK's No.1 spray oil brand with more than 50% market share. The role is based at the Weybridge office, with up to one day per week working from home subject to business needs, and requires being onsite at least four days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy and growth agenda for Frylight and the wider Oils portfolio
• Develop and deliver insight-led 1-3 year brand plans
• Own brand performance, including market share, profitability and A&P investment
• Identify consumer and market opportunities and lead integrated campaigns across out of home, social, PR and shopper
• Manage agency partners and build strategic partnerships for co-marketing
• Drive innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch
• Work closely with Commercial, Shopper Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance and Innovation teams

Required profile

• FMCG marketing experience at Senior Brand Manager level
• Track record of brand growth through strategic marketing planning and execution
• Experience managing well-established consumer brands in a competitive category
• Commercial and financial acumen, including budget and performance management
• Strong project management, communication and presentation skills
• Passion for brands, consumers and the food category
