Senior Business Development Representative (EMEA)

About the role

Rasa is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts in the EMEA region. You will work closely with experienced Account Executives, target senior buyers, and learn how enterprise deals are closed.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Rasa brand and deliver an exceptional experience for prospects.
• Research accounts, identify leads, and tenaciously qualify new opportunities.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Accurately track interactions and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Evangelize Rasa’s platform, mission, and vision.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation to optimise the sales funnel.
• Consistently exceed quota targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a SaaS SDR/BDR role targeting enterprise buyers.
• Thrives on change while staying organised, optimistic and coachable.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bias towards action with genuine customer empathy.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‑paced startup team.
