Senior Business Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join an independent travel management company experiencing a growth surge. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships and delivering high‑quality travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Book all aspects of business travel – flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire – using a Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Provide expert travel advice and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Issue, re‑issue tickets and calculate airfares accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client information in the CRM system.
• Communicate promptly with clients at every stage of the booking process.
• Assist with and coordinate ancillary travel requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Working knowledge of a GDS, preferably Amadeus (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good product knowledge of travel services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
