Senior Claims Adjuster – Lloyd's Market Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join a well‑established Lloyd’s market insurer. The role involves managing a portfolio of complex claims and maintaining key client relationships while collaborating closely with underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a diverse portfolio of Special Risk claims, including Political Risk, Trade Credit and PV.
• Oversee junior Claims Adjusters where required, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Work with underwriting on claims and wording issues at both the individual and market level.
• Support the profitable development of accounts and ensure fair outcomes for customers.
• Develop knowledge in additional classes such as Cyber, Intellectual Property and Product Recall.

Required profile

• Extensive experience handling Special Risk claims within the Lloyd’s market.
• Strong understanding of London market practices and the duties of all parties involved.
• Analytical, adaptable and able to take ownership of customer issues.
• Team‑player with a commitment to diversity and inclusive recruitment.
