Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner

About the role

Addison Lee is establishing a dedicated Business Partnering unit within Commercial Finance. As the Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner you will embed finance into commercial leadership, shaping the commercial narrative and owning assumptions behind budgets and forecasts for B2B Corporate, SME and Channel segments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Pricing and Account Management across Corporate, SME and Channel segments.
• Own commercial assumptions for budgets and forecasts, collaborating with FP&A.
• Interpret in‑year performance, lead the commercial narrative and turn data insights into decisions.
• Provide forward‑looking insight on revenue, margin, customer performance and commercial risk.
• Lead commercial modelling, scenario analysis and financial assessment of business cases.
• Support pricing, tender, contract and investment decisions for key opportunities.
• Help embed commercial KPI frameworks and cascade OKRs with stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor to commercial leadership on performance, pricing, customer economics, investment and growth.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance.
• Strong commercial modelling and scenario analysis skills.
• Understanding of customer profitability, cost‑to‑serve and pricing.
• Experience with contract or tender economics in a B2B or multi‑segment business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior leaders.
