About the role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join our commercial property team in Ellesmere Port. The role focuses on managing, developing and optimising a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, providing expert advice and ensuring maximum value and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management and development of a varied commercial property portfolio.
- Provide estate management advice to landlords and tenants.
- Lead negotiations and conduct property reviews.
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve property matters.
Required profile
- Commercially‑minded property professional with strong surveying expertise.
- Proactive approach to delivering property solutions.
- Experience handling landlord and tenant issues.
- Ability to work independently within a temporary, full‑time contract.
