Senior Consultant – Lifecycle & Customer Growth

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing independent digital consultancy to help leading brands boost acquisition, retention and lifetime value. As a Senior Consultant you will combine strategic insight with hands‑on delivery across CRM, MarTech and lifecycle marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise customer contact strategies to increase engagement and commercial performance.
• Design end‑to‑end journeys across email, SMS, push, in‑app and on‑site channels.
• Create lifecycle and retention roadmaps that enhance automation and operational efficiency.
• Advise on CRM platforms, ESPs, CDPs, CRO tools and data architecture.
• Support platform selection, migration and implementation projects.
• Analyse behaviour, campaign performance and lifecycle metrics to identify segmentation and personalisation opportunities.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and manage projects from discovery to delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the agency’s CRM capability.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or customer growth consulting.
• Proven ability to discuss strategy with senior marketing leaders while diving into technical detail.
• Background in digital/marketing consultancies, MarTech firms or digital transformation practices.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of ESPs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and CRO tools.
• Strong analytical skills in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
• Hands‑on expertise in segmentation, personalisation and data activation.
