About the role

As a Senior Consultant in the Retirement Communications team at Gallagher Benefit Services, you will partner with clients to design and deliver high‑impact pension communication strategies. You will lead client relationships, guide strategic discussions, and mentor a talented team to ensure exceptional service and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end service and relationship management for assigned clients, ensuring top‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement retirement communication strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
• Oversee project and campaign planning, guaranteeing deliverables meet expectations and strategic goals.
• Provide consultancy and strategic direction to senior stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and calls.
• Support communication ROI through measurement, analytics, and insights.

Required profile

• Experience in retirement communications or pensions with strong industry knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including board‑level executives.
