Senior DC Investment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DC Investment Consultant to join a leading investment and pensions consultancy’s Defined Contribution advisory team. You will work directly with corporate and trustee clients, shaping investment strategies in a fast‑moving DC market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide investment advice to corporate and trustee DC pension clients.
• Manage and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Support new business activity, including pitches and tenders.
• Contribute to industry events, networking and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues within the team.

Required profile

• FIA, FFA, CFA or other authorisation to provide investment advice.
• Strong experience within the pensions and DC investment market.
• Experience advising trustee and/or corporate clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercially minded, collaborative and proactive.
