Senior Designer – Business Development Pitches

About the role

The Global Business Development Design team at Publicis Media is looking for a full-time Senior Designer to support its Global Business Development practice and help shape new business opportunities. You will turn complex, loosely defined briefs into creative concepts and visual identities, across presentations, bespoke imagery, branding, print, digital and immersive pitch experiences. The role is based four days a week at the TVC office in White City, London.

Key responsibilities

• Develop modular design systems, templates and AI prompts so pitch decks can be generated and refined consistently and efficiently.
• Generate ideas and concepts from open briefs and prototype them quickly with generative AI and traditional tools.
• Partner with marketing, new business and communications teams on global, regional and local pitches.
• Support Creative Directors in delivering scalable, consistent print and digital work across markets.
• Create strategic experiential elements for pitches and programmes.
• Test new AI tools, help the team adopt effective workflows and share what you learn.
• Champion brand standards and uphold Publicis' visual quality.
• Manage multiple projects with strong deadline discipline and work collaboratively with creative direction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years creating scalable design systems for presentations (master templates, layout libraries, reusable components), shown in your portfolio.
• Branding and logo design experience.
• Ability to work with people outside the design team and deliver from verbal or written briefs.
• Comfortable working four days a week in the office and open to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
• Confidence creating design concepts directly in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including prompt writing, in a real workflow.
• Nice to have: experience with Claude Design, Higgsfield, Luma and Runway; Webflow or Framer; video editing and/or animation.
