About the role

The Senior Director is a commercially driven leader who sits at the intersection of data, human behaviour and business growth. You will shape insight‑driven strategies for client brands, activate those insights into actionable roadmaps and guide C‑level executives through critical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and select optimal research methodologies to test business hypotheses using agile principles.
• Synthesize qualitative, quantitative and cultural data to uncover patterns, trends and future implications.
• Leverage consultative AI tools to deepen narrative insights and enhance efficiency.
• Craft boardroom‑ready stories, visualisations and activation plans that translate insights into commercial recommendations.
• Build client capabilities through toolkits, playbooks and strategic road‑maps.
• Drive commercial outcomes against revenue targets, identifying upsell opportunities and new business white‑space.
• Mentor internal talent, advance methodologies and embed a culture of strategic excellence.

Required profile

• Senior leader with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Creative and entrepreneurial instinct, able to bridge strategy and execution.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Experience in consultancy or client‑facing environments, with a track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to mentor teams and champion methodological innovation.
