Senior Dynamics Developer

About the role

We are partnering with an established organisation that is expanding its Microsoft business applications portfolio. The Senior Dynamics Developer will join a remote team to design, build and maintain critical CRM solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dataverse solutions.
• Create custom plugins, integrations and APIs using C#/.NET and JavaScript.
• Support and optimise existing CRM functionality and troubleshoot production issues.
• Build and maintain flows in Power Automate and Model‑Driven Apps.
• Improve system performance, scalability and reliability across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Integrate data with internal and third‑party systems using Azure services.
• Participate in deployment, release and change‑management processes.
• Produce clear technical documentation and best‑practice guidance.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform technologies.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and JavaScript development.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and data‑driven applications.
• Experience with Azure integration technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What we offer

• Contract role inside IR35, 6‑month initial term with likely extension.
• Fully remote working arrangement.
• Daily rate of £500‑£550.
