About the role
We are seeking a Senior Estate Agent – Sales Negotiator to join a prestigious agency in Finchley, North London. You will work from the Finchley office, driving property sales and delivering exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sale of residential properties.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the local property market.
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, and other agents.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator in the property sector.
- Strong track record of successful property sales, preferably in the Finchley area.
- Professional, polished, and highly organised with a proactive, personable approach.
- Own a car (required for the role).
