Senior Finance Business Partner – West London

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join a large, complex organisation in West London. In this true partnering role you will work closely with senior operational leaders, translating financial insight into clear commercial recommendations that shape strategy and drive long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to influence commercial and operational decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across a large business area.
• Identify risks, opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives across OPEX and CAPEX.
• Develop robust business cases for capital investment, ensuring strong ROI and strategic alignment.
• Challenge and support stakeholders to improve financial performance and meet key KPIs.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Procurement and wider Finance teams to improve processes and deliver continuous improvement.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, commercially focused manner.

Required profile

• ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Significant post‑qualified experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance.
• Proven experience working with both CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a large, matrix‑structured organisation.
