Senior Financial Adviser – London – OTE £150k+

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to join our elite independent financial advice (IFA) firm in London. The position offers an employed start with a clear pathway to partnership, targeting an initial £10m of assets under management (AUM) and the potential to grow to £25m.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality financial advice to high‑net‑worth clients (£1m–£10m).
• Manage and grow an existing book of business, aiming to increase AUM to £25m.
• Collaborate with in‑house paraplanning and administrative teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Develop new client relationships and allocate additional clients from the firm’s existing advisers.

Required profile

• Experienced financial adviser with approximately £10m+ AUM to bring.
• Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in a future partnership model.
• Chartered status desirable but not mandatory.
