Senior Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

You will join one of the UK’s most respected financial planning firms, an employee‑owned business that shares success with its staff. After a thorough handover from a retiring colleague, you will become part of a settled team of three, working in a professional, structured environment with a clear focus on client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
• Prepare paperwork and documentation for client meetings.
• Conduct product research and support new business submissions.
• Collaborate closely with highly qualified paraplanners and planners.
• Contribute to delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a financial planning or IFA administrator.
• Conscientious, organised and able to work to high standards.
• Keen to learn, develop and improve continuously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Intelliflo (preferred).
• Familiarity with Transact (preferred).

• Salary £29,000 – £32,000 per year.
