Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Paddle is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to bridge financial insight and commercial execution. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will partner with business leaders to turn complex transaction data into strategic recommendations that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build financial partnerships with GTM and Operations, advising senior leaders on resource allocation and investment optimisation.
• Translate key metrics (GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) into actionable recommendations.
• Support board‑level reporting and strategic narratives with the Director of FP&A and VP of Finance.
• Develop and maintain planning models that align financial targets with operational execution.
• Create management reporting and dashboards that deliver timely, decision‑oriented insights.

Required profile

• Commercially astute and strategically minded, able to influence commercial strategy.
• Exceptional business partner with strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong executive presence, delivering high‑quality work consistently.
