Senior FP&A Analyst – Luxury Consumer

About the role

Join a globally recognised luxury consumer product brand as a Senior FP&A Analyst. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting and month‑end reporting, supporting the company’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, gathering inputs and updating financial models.
• Prepare profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Develop forecasting models, sensitivity analyses and scenario planning.
• Produce variance analysis and monthly reporting packs for the Finance Director.
• Review departmental spending and provide commentary to budget holders.
• Prepare channel and departmental P&L statements with accurate reconciliations.
• Analyse sales trends across UK, EU and ROW regions and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Support KPI reporting and reconcile sales data to BI reports.
• Assist with audit preparation, process improvement, ad‑hoc projects and ERP delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 2+ years post‑qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Proven ownership of a full P&L.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
• Excellent analytical attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build trust across senior teams.
