Senior Fund Operations Lead – Evergreen Products

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fund Operations Lead to manage the growing portfolio of evergreen products for a leading global alternative investment manager. The role sits at the intersection of product, operations, governance and regulatory oversight, supporting the expansion of the private wealth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational management of ex‑US evergreen funds, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support new product and share‑class launches and platform onboarding from operational and regulatory perspectives.
• Drive process enhancements and infrastructure improvements to create scalable operating models.
• Lead regulatory reporting obligations, including EMIR, PRIIPs, CSSF and Annex IV requirements.
• Manage third‑party service providers, ensuring high standards of delivery and governance.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Product Specialists to meet evolving product needs.
• Coordinate governance activities such as board meeting preparation, oversight committees and commercial agreements.
• Provide operational due‑diligence support and respond to investor queries on fund operations and compliance.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in fund or product operations within asset management.
• Strong knowledge of evergreen, semi‑liquid and UCITS fund structures.
• In‑depth understanding of European regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven project‑management capability and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Degree‑level education or relevant industry qualifications; private‑markets experience is a plus.
