Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Artis Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders in Bristol. You will influence strategic people decisions, support organisational change and help shape a high‑performance culture while balancing commercial objectives with employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and manage people impacts.
• Coach and develop leaders to improve capability and people outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on complex employee‑relations matters.
• Use data and insight to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and delivery of people plans aligned with business objectives.
• Influence stakeholders to drive engagement and high performance.
• Ensure a commercially balanced approach to people decisions.

Required profile

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Proven track record supporting organisational change and transformation.
• Solid understanding of employee relations and employment legislation.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and employee experience.
• Excellent coaching and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach and ability to work at pace.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
